Social Media Coordinator (Remote)
Are you a Social Media Marketing Maven? Do you have a passion for all things social? Have you helped businesses to grow their brands on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram? We’re expanding our digital marketing team and are seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Social Media Coordinator to start right away.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on Social Media Marketing Plans
- Create, monitor, maintain and optimize accounts across platforms
- Implement social content creation, posting, boosting, and engagement campaigns
- Write pitch-perfect social posts for all top networks
- Perform online research (tools, trends and client content)
- Liaise with internal and external content creators
- Monitor, evaluate and report social analytics; KPI
Education and Work Experience:
- Post-secondary degree in digital marketing or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3-years’ social media marketing experience

Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

We’re expanding our digital marketing team and are seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Marketing Manager
- Helps to coordinate all aspects of online marketing, advertising and web development projects for clients
- Manages project timelines, milestones and budgets
- Creates internal and client project updates and KPI reports
- Leads project communications with clients, prepares agendas/minutes, attends client meetings, assigns tasks and updates project extranet
- Writes and edits copy
- Engages with and gathers necessary information from clients
Education and Work Experience:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years experience in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 1 year digital agency account management experience
Requirements:
- Strong management and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients, projects, timelines and budgets
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy and execution and project management
- An active social media user
- An intermediate to advanced knowledge of social media, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing
- Experience making basic website content updates via WordPress
- Ability to learn new online tools and systems quickly
- Proficient with Google Drive, Gantt Charts and spreadsheets
- Strong problem solving and creative skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience working in Canva is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all aspects of digital advertising projects for clients
- Manages project timelines, milestones and budgets
- Creates internal and client project updates and KPI reports

- Engages with and gathers necessary information from clients
Education and Work Experience:

- 2-3 years of PPC account management experience, including campaign setup, ad creation and reporting for in Google, Youtube, Facebook & Instagram
- Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients, projects, timelines and budgets
- Strong understanding of campaign budgeting, KPI’s, and campaign optimization
- Proficient with Google Drive, Gantt Charts and spreadsheets
- Strong problem solving and creative skills
